1. Oil viscosity and temperature
· Oil visosit ranging from 15-400mm²/s, temperature range from - 15 to 70 degree are recommendable.
· Always keep hydraulic oil clean; Use the line filter finner than 25 micron in the tank line.

2. Installation
· The no-spring valves should be installed horizontally.
· Finish the mounting surface flat and smooth within roughness of 6. 3S and flatness of 0.01mm.
· Use the O ring the hardness of HS-90 for the gasket mounting.
· Provide the return piping from the hydraulic valve to the tank lower than liquid level in the tank.
· When TS-G02, G03 no spring type is used, set-up spool horizontally.
· When TS-G02, G03 no spring type is used, in order to prevent from spool turns reversely, energize the solenoid continuously is recommended.
